Pricing questions
What is a tracked user?expand_more
A person Tellmetric sees in a calendar month: everyone who clicks one of your tracking links, and everyone who joins your Telegram group or channel without one. A Discord join always comes through a link, so it is counted with its click. Each person counts once a month, however many times they click, and Meta's link checker never counts.
Are joins, messages and deposits limited?expand_more
No. Conversions are never capped. The plan limit is on tracked users only, so a person who clicks, joins and deposits three times counts once.
What happens above the monthly limit?expand_more
Links keep redirecting and every click and join is still recorded, so no visitor is lost. Delivery to ad platforms pauses and the dashboard shows the month up to the limit, until the next month or an upgrade. On Pro you can opt into pay-as-you-go instead, at €2 per 1,000 tracked users above the cap, and delivery continues.
Are Telegram and Discord both included?expand_more
Yes, on every plan. Free tracks one community, which can be a Telegram group or channel or a Discord server. Pro and Agency track up to five per workspace, in any mix, and show them side by side in the dashboard.
Which ad platforms does Free report to?expand_more
Meta, through the Conversions API. Pro and Agency add TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Spotify, X and Google Ads.
Do I need a card to start?expand_more
No. Every account starts on Free without a card. When you upgrade, the plan is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page.
